Raw milk Mozzarella di Bufala preserves 7 days. Mozzarella is packed one day before transportation, so you will receive extremely fresh mozzarella.
When starting to use mozzarella, take a bowl (not plastic), cut the bag and pour all the liquid with mozzarella balls into the bowl. What is left, keep in liquid, cover the bowl with food film and store in fridge.
