This Alpine Grass-Fed Raw Milk Butter comes from high Alps of Northern Italy. The area is know as Frabosa Alpes Mont Regalesi.
Bruna Alpina cows pasture on altitude of 1400 - 2700m. These cows are a real gourmet eaters, they roam widely seeking the very best Alpine hay, herbs and flowers. Grazing takes place in clean and rich environment that provides the most healthiest "superfood" and the mineral-rich mountain streams of water. The butter is rich in vitamines, minerals, omega-3 and CLA.
Raw milk alpine butter Frabosa is 100% natural and raw, without any additives and preservatives. It is free of gmo, hormones, antibiotics and pesticides.
This silky and creamy butter is produced only by two small cattles. The production is very limited, maximum 60-100kg butter is made weekly. It is pure slow food, 100% handmade.
Each butter is formed, packed and labeled by one pair of hands on altitude of 1400m, in small Alpine village.
The raw butter stays fresh for 4 weeks. Keep it in the coldest area in your fridge. If you prefer to preserve it for longer time, you can keep it in deep freeze for 3-4 months.
